On-Demand hats are produced and shipped directly from our embroidery partner. They arrive in a standard shipping box without custom-branded tissue, decals, or premium packaging. If your order includes items from the IXO Core or Holeshot Collections, those will ship separately from our warehouse in custom packaging. As a result, you may receive multiple packages for a single order. Shipping rates and timelines apply to each shipment individually.


We currently ship exclusively within the U.S.

 

Shipping Policy (U.S. Only)

 

 

  • Flat Rate: $6.95 anywhere in the 50 states + D.C.

  • Free Shipping: Automatically applied on orders over $90.

  • HoleShot Collection: Always ships free, no minimum.

  • Multiple Shipments: Some items may ship separately (Core vs Reserve/HoleShot), but you’ll only ever pay one flat rate or nothing if your order qualifies for free shipping.

 


All Nine Aught™ products are fulfilled through TopShelf, our U.S.-based production and logistics partner. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7–10 business days, though times may vary depending on inventory, order volume, and carrier schedules.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because our products are made to order and produced in limited batches, all sales are final. We cannot offer returns or exchanges due to:
• Incorrect sizing
• Change of mind
• Style or color preference

BUT — if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

To report an issue:
1. Email Orders@NineAught.com within 7 days of delivery
2. Include your order number
3. Attach clear photos of the issue

LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

Once your order is scanned by the carrier, responsibility for delivery shifts to them. We are not liable for:
• Packages marked delivered but missing
• Delays caused by carriers
• Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses
