ORDER FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING

Orders are fulfilled through our production partners and shipped directly to you. Please allow for potential variations in delivery times based on availability, fulfillment speed, and carrier schedules.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the limited-edition and custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives defective or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us at:

By submitting any stories, photos, videos, or related content to Nine Aught™ for use in marketing, blog features, product promotion, or IXO-branded campaigns, you grant Nine Aught™ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute the content across all digital platforms and marketing channels.

We will make every reasonable effort to provide proper credit when your content is used, and we will never sell your personal data.

Submission requirements:

You must have full rights and ownership to the submitted content.
Content must not contain any explicit, harmful, misleading, or illegal material.
By submitting, you consent to being tagged, credited, or mentioned across our website, marketing materials, and social media platforms.

If selected, your content may be showcased on the Nine Aught™ YouTube channel, blog, or other media. Submitting does not guarantee publication.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
